Volume discounts apply, including for multi-location groups. On verification, about 170 breakdowns a month costs $850, and each breakdown is billed only when delivered into the PMS.
Capacity is Teero's problem, not the office's. AI reads and matches remittances and U.S.-based billers in Austin handle exceptions; AI callers and human verifiers call payers for what portals and EDI do not return. Posting runs every business day across EOBs, ERAs, EFT remittances, paper checks and virtual credit card payments. Aging follow-up on claims over 30 days, denial classification and appeals, secondary claims and underpayment checks are part of the same service. Teero says it serves 5,000+ dental offices.
Nothing new to run. Posting works inside Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft and Curve; verification works with every major dental PMS. Onboarding is a read-only PMS connection, a review of write-off rules and payer portal access, and most offices are live within two weeks. Adding a location means expanding the same service.
What still needs staff. Claim submission. Teero does not submit claims, by design, because that is where the clinical context lives. A practice whose bottleneck is submission needs either an in-house submitter or a full-service vendor. As of September 2026, eAssist, Dental Claim Support and Wisdom publish full-service billing that includes submission: eAssist and Dental Claim Support at $1,400 a month under $40,000 in monthly collections and Wisdom at $1,397, each moving to percentage bands above that.
