What posting alone gets you. Every insurance payment (EFTs, ERAs, paper checks, virtual credit cards) posted line by line inside Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or Curve every business day, plus the aging report worked: claims over 30 days followed up with the payer, denials classified and corrected or appealed, underpayments checked against the fee schedule, secondary claims and appeals. Onboarding is a read-only connection to the practice management software, a review of the office's adjustment and write-off rules, and payer portal access for remittances; most offices are live within two weeks.
What verification alone gets you. Next week's schedule verified this week, with results written into the patient record and the eligibility last-verified date updated. Eligibility checks are free; a full benefits breakdown (category percentages, maximums and deductibles with used amounts, plan policies, code-level coverage with frequencies and history, waiting periods) is $5 and billed only when delivered into the PMS. Eligibility is re-confirmed before each appointment.
What taking both changes. The office has two minimums instead of one, and the same Teero team in Austin handles the insurance work before the visit and after the claim goes out. Claim submission stays with the office in either case. There is no bundle and no combined platform fee.
Staffing is separate again. Hygienist staffing is a third product with its own pricing and no minimum; none of the insurance services require it.
