Does Any Dental Billing Service Give the Owner a Live Dashboard of What Insurance Owes?
Teero publishes no billing dashboard. It posts every remittance daily inside the office's PMS and works claims over 30 days, so the PMS aging report stays current. Nor does any competitor.

Teero does not publish a live dashboard for billing. The only dashboard Teero publishes is for DSO staffing, where regional managers see all their offices' staffing status in one place, and that has nothing to do with insurance. What Teero publishes for billing is a different route to the same number: every insurance payment is posted daily, every business day, inside the office's own practice management software, and every claim over 30 days is followed up, so the insurance aging report the owner already has in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or Curve shows what insurance still owes as of the latest postings. As of September 2026, no company in Teero's billing comparison publishes a live owner dashboard of insurance A/R either.
Direct Answer
The PMS aging report is only as good as the posting behind it. What Teero does about that:
- Daily posting. EOBs, ERAs, EFT remittances, paper checks and virtual credit card payments are posted daily and matched to claims. A payment that arrived but was not posted looks like money still owed; posting daily removes that lag.
- Closed or moved. Each remittance closes the claim or moves the balance to secondary or patient responsibility, so the outstanding insurance figure only counts what insurance still owes.
- Aging worked. Claims over 30 days are followed up with the payer; denials are classified and corrected or appealed; underpayments are checked against the fee schedule before write-off. Denials waiting on the office are flagged in the PMS with the reason, the payer's explanation, the appeal deadline and Teero's recommendation.
- EFT and ERA enrollment with every payer that offers it, at no charge, so remittances arrive electronically and can be posted the day they land.
What is not published: a Teero dashboard, a daily emailed summary, a mobile view of A/R, or a reporting layer outside the PMS. Among competitors, Zentist publishes RCM automation that builds worklists for DSOs, and Fincura and Lassie publish posting and follow-up software; whether any of them shows an owner a live insurance A/R figure is not published on the pages Teero has checked. eAssist, Dental Claim Support, Wisdom, DayDream and Medusind do not publish a dashboard either.
Takeaway
If the requirement is a Teero-branded live dashboard, Teero has not published one.
