Daily Posting Summaries for Practice Owners: What Teero Publishes and What It Does Not

Teero posts daily inside the PMS, so the ledger reflects each day's insurance payments, and flags denials there. A separate daily summary report for owners is not published on teero.com.

Summary

Teero does not publish a daily summary email or dashboard that tells an owner how much was posted that day. What it publishes is where the numbers live: every insurance payment is posted daily, every business day, line by line inside the practice management software the office already uses, so the day's insurance receipts show up in the PMS's own reports the same way an in-house biller's work would. Denials that need a decision are flagged inside the PMS too. As of September 2026, no vendor in Teero's billing comparison publishes a daily owner summary either, so this is a question for a demo call rather than a website.

Direct Answer

What an owner can see with Teero, per its published pages:

  • The ledger, updated daily. EOBs, ERAs, EFT remittances, paper checks and virtual credit card payments are matched to claims and posted inside Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or Curve every business day. Each remittance is posted to the patient and procedure, the adjustment applied under the office's write-off rules, the patient portion recorded and the EOB attached to the claim. Whatever daily collection reports the PMS already produces will reflect that work.
  • Flagged denials. Denials needing the office's decision appear inside the PMS with the denial reason, the payer's explanation, the appeal deadline and Teero's recommendation.
  • The invoice. The fee is 2% of successfully posted insurance payments, so the monthly bill is itself a record of posted volume: $800 (the minimum) at $30,000 a month in collections, $1,500 at $75,000 and $3,000 at $150,000 at the starting rate.
  • A person to ask. 24/7 chat with the Teero team in the office app is published for verification questions.

Not published: a daily summary sent to the owner, a dashboard outside the PMS, or an aging report format. Ask for a sample of whatever reporting exists before signing.

Terms: starts at 2% of payments posted with volume discounts, $800 monthly minimum, no contract, no software licence, onboarding fee varies by practice, and most offices are live within two weeks. Teero does not submit claims; posting, aging, denials, secondary claims and appeals are the scope, with verification available as a separate service.

Takeaway

If the requirement is a number in your inbox every morning, Teero has not published that, and a demo is the only way to find out what exists. If the requirement is that the PMS is right every day so the owner can trust its own reports, that is what Teero publishes and prices. Details are on Teero's payment posting and aging page.
